RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KULTURE purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Footwear should have no scuff marks on the outsole.
The original invoice must be included.
All items must have been purchased directly from KULTURE within Pakistan.

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process any exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been returned to us.

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 10 days of the invoice date.
Exchanges can be made through our online portal or at any of our designated KULTURE return centers within Pakistan.
All return requests must be initiated through our online portal.

2. EXCHANGES AT OUR ADDRESS

Bring your original invoice and the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to a designated KULTURE return center.
Our staff will evaluate the item(s) for exchange eligibility.
If the exchange item(s) have a higher value than the original item(s), you will pay the difference in PKR.
No refunds will be issued if the exchange item(s) have a lower value than the original item(s).
Exchanges are limited to in-store product exchanges. No cash vouchers or online store credits will be provided at return centers.

3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

Include your original invoice and the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
Complete the Exchange/Return Request Form available on our website and follow the provided instructions.
Ship the parcel via a traceable courier service.
You will receive an email confirmation once your online store credit voucher is processed, typically within 5 working days of receiving your parcel.
All returns will be refunded via online store credit vouchers only.
Online store credit vouchers are valid for 30 days and can be used for future online purchases. They are non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or in-store vouchers.
Online store credit vouchers are for online use only.
Online store credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
Online store credit vouchers will be issued for the original purchase price of the product as stated on the invoice. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and onward shipping charges for exchanged items are non-refundable.
If a product is defective or shipped incorrectly, KULTURE will cover the return shipping costs and ship a replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer an exchange with a similar-value item, online store credit, or another solution at KULTURE’s discretion.
All online returns and exchanges should be shipped to the address provided on the KULTURE website’s return page.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items can only be returned or exchanged once.
KULTURE reserves the right to refuse free returns if the returned items are the same as in a previous order.
This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage, or normal wear and tear.
KULTURE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product merchantability, quality, description compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
All decisions made by KULTURE are final.

5. REPAIR POLICY

KULTURE offers repair services for its products. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] or visit our website for more information.

Important Notes:

All transactions and credit vouchers are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

THE BRAND

While going through some startups ,reading their stories and looking upon their ideas I encountered a thought. The thought then took shape of a goal and that goal motivates me to start this venture.

Weaving, sewing, knitting with hands is not a piece of cake but when it all comes from heart, when your soul plays a vital role then yes, you can do it with such an ease and love that even machinery gets horrified. So that is what basically our people from Swat do. In an era of science and technology where even a small house chore is being done with machines these artisans are using their skills to handicraft. Now a days when the main focus is only on the bigger things we thought of going against the flow.

In a so called “imported product” phase, we came up with an amazing, pleasing and completely PAKISTANI items #madeinPakistan under the banner of KULTURE.

TRADITION IS NOT THE WORSHIP OF ASHES, BUT THE PRESERVATION OF FIRE

Instead of crying over what hasn’t done before and what goes wasted we are trying to make our people blossom again. Traditions and skills are something that can never be vanished as far as only a single artisan exists. So that is what we are doing
by provision of such a track that would lead the talented folks to a path of success and will prove a helping hand in preservation of tradition.

Passed on from generation to generation, our shawls are embedded with the rich history and culture of Swat. The craftsmanship of the people of Swat dates back to the late nineteenth century when a handful of skilled craftsmen were brought in to serve the requirements of the former Rulers of Swat. During the reign of the first Wali of Swat Miangul Abdul-Wadud Badshah Sahab, these craftsmen moved from the personal residence of the Ruler of Swat to a nearby village called Islampur where they continued to produce Pakistan’s finest woolen shawls even to this day.

Swatwool was established with an exclusive credo of bringing warmth and comfort in the form of handmade woolen shawl for both local as well as international clients. The facility not only produces high-quality shawls but also engages in reviving the local garment industry in the heart of Swat.

Every wool product is handmade in our looming setup located in Swat, Pakistan. Our local facility employs experienced craftsmen who are committed to producing 100 percent authentic woolen shawls. Operating five days a week, our team then transfers these shawls to various parts of Pakistan for their distinguished signature motifs such as cross-stitch, doch, crochet, and pakkoh.

We take pride in our Pakistan based operation and continually invest in the facility to ensure it lives up to the high expectations of our valuable customers.

KULTURE is not an ordinary business ,the thought behind its inception is far bigger than just making profit. KULTURE refers to an idea where we aim to empower our women in rural areas, to help those with any disability so they won’t depend on anyone. KULTURE, as the name says will be working as a link, a bridge between artisan and the market.it is a way to to connect cultural artwork with other societies.

It started with a golden notion of giving a proper shape to the talent of our folks by providing a platform to them. After a deep analysis of their hard-work and the demand of their work in the market we decided to be

Apart from the beautiful sights of Swat, the Swati shawls are also of great importance and the most loved thing from Swat. That is not only a piece of cloth actually but the wool and thread weaved with love, affection, hard-work and skills. It would not be wrong if we say that the people of Swat have this skill running in their blood.

It takes three sweaty hours to weave a normal quality shawl, however the deluxe shawls are made within a week or so.
The quality of the shawls produced by these people is unmatchable and that is why are loved by not only locals but are demanded in the international market too.
The demand of Pashmina shawls of Swat is at peak due to their fine quality, warm touch and high rated stuff. It takes about four weeks to weave a classy and exclusive shawl.
