1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • At KULTURE, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably within Pakistan.

    • Standard Delivery:
      • We offer FREE Standard delivery to all addresses within Pakistan for orders totaling PKR 3000 or more.
      • For orders below PKR 3000, a delivery charge will be applied, which will be calculated at checkout.
      • Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted military areas.
    • Delivery Coverage: Our logistics partners enable us to deliver to most locations within Pakistan.
    • Delivery Charges: All delivery charges for orders under PKR 3000 are calculated based on your location and the weight/volume of your order. You can view the exact delivery charges during the checkout process after entering your delivery address, before finalizing your purchase.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. 1 This processing time may vary due to factors such as online security checks, payment authorization, and order packing.  
     
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
  • Local Deliveries:
    • Standard Courier: This delivery option typically takes approximately 5 working days from the time of order to reach you.
    • Express Courier: This option is available for an additional charge (the charge will be displayed at checkout) and usually takes approximately 3 working days from the time of order.
    • We aim to provide delivery between 9 am and 10 pm, weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s delivery status with our local logistics partner using this number.
  • Please provide your correct contact number during checkout to ensure the courier can contact you if needed. A re-delivery charge may apply if no one is available to receive the package.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

We accept payments via:

  • VISA/MASTERCARD credit and debit cards.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Bank Transfer.

Important Notes:

  • All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • KULTURE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
